I sometimes feel like I am a trail blazer in this field because while there are others who are creating pyrographs, I don't believe there is anyone else making ones like mine. I have learned so much that they just keep getting better without much extra effort.

#50 Last Supper (color)
I made this one special since it was #50. I wanted to have a significant piece on such a milestone numbered piece. I am still learning the technical problems of using colored pencils on a pyrograph. Make sure to compare this piece to one that is done in black & white.
#051 Blair Witch
This is one of my top 5 favorites for several reasons. I did a great deal of burning of this one during a party at Tess & Ver Soto's house with the owner, Ron Seeberger looking on. I occasionally took breaks to sing Karaoke songs at this party. I also made a huge mistake on this piece, but was able to conceal it completely. :-) Finally, I hid 7 faces in the image. Can you find them?
#052 Daniel by The Daily Center Picasso
I made this one from a picture I took of my son, Daniel. The downcast look on his face was from the fact that he felt left out because his sister, Jacqueline got to join mom in watching Pro's on Ice at the United Center, and he was stuck with me.
#053 Patrick Seeberger
I made this one for Lorraine Seeberger at half price because I made a mistake on the earlier portrait of her grandson, Patrick. The source image was of Patrick sitting in a car. I delivered this one to her while we were at the birthday party of one of the Allen children. The party was being held in the playground of their apartment complex.
#054 Chicago Skyline
(color, big)

I made this one because I was born and raised in the city proper, and I think it is a beautiful skyline. The red building on the left side is the CNA building where both sister's, an aunt, and a couple of cousins work. This piece is nearly 3ft wide.
#055 Goofy Kid
I created this one for Sharon Cusack, one of the Abbott Labs, North Chicago site, shuttle bus drivers. She commisioned this one so she could give it to her boyfriend as a gift. He is also a shuttle bus driver for Abbott.
#056 Glasses Hanging from a Ferris Wheel
This is an original design created by myself with the help of my daughter Jackie. I created it using a drafting program while Jackie made suggestions for improvements. Jackie said it looked like eyeglasses hanging from a ferris wheel so that is what we named it.
